How the Sessions Work
The sessions are designed to foster self-awareness, helping you understand how you experience your situation and the direction you want to take. By exploring and adjusting your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, you regain a sense of control over your situation and your life.
Walk-and-talk therapy ( Vondelpark) - 60 min
Walk-and-talk therapy ( Vondelpark) is a dynamic alternative to traditional office sessions where the client and therapist engage in conversation while walking outdoors. This method often helps clients feel less intimidated and can encourage deeper processing and physical movement, leading to a synergistic effect on physical and mental well-being.
